1. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual, of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by PCS213 Academy. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. Your access and use of the services constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and PCS213 Academy.

2. SERVICES AND ACADEMIC ADMISSION

PCS213 Academy provides a digital platform for online education, technical training, and professional certification.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • User Account: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password at all times.
  • Personal Use Only: Your enrollment is strictly personal. You may not authorize third parties to use your account or transfer your access to any other person.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (STRICT POLICY)

All content provided on PCS213 Academy, including but not limited to video lectures, course manuals, assessment tools, software, graphics, and proprietary methodologies, is the exclusive property of PCS213 Academy and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
  • Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from:
    1. Recording, capturing, or downloading video content without explicit authorization.
    2. Distributing, reselling, or sharing course materials in any public or private forum (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive).
    3. Modifying, creating derivative works, or reverse-engineering the platform’s software.
    4. Using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods.

4. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AND CERTIFICATION

  • Verification: To issue official certificates, PCS213 Academy may require the submission of government-issued identification to verify the student’s identity.
  • Academic Dishonesty: Any student found using unauthorized aid, AI tools (unless specifically allowed), or committing plagiarism in assessments will be disqualified from receiving certification and may be banned from the platform.
  • Certificate Validity: Certificates are issued based on the completion of the required curriculum and passing of mandatory exams. PCS213 Academy reserves the right to revoke a certificate if fraudulent activity is discovered after issuance.

5. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

  • Pricing: PCS213 Academy reserves the right to determine the pricing for all courses and services.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued if:
    1. The student has completed more than 15% of the course modules.
    2. The student has already downloaded proprietary materials or been issued a certificate.
  • Payment Failure: Failure to complete payment for subscription-based models will result in the immediate suspension of access to all course materials and history.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No Guarantee of Success: PCS213 Academy provides the tools for learning, but we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or professional advancement.
  • Service Availability: While we aim for 99% uptime, we are not liable for any downtime caused by server maintenance, internet service provider failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCS213 Academy’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.
